We pack your orders very carefully with three steps method, and packing process is recorded to ensure every item is received in the perfect condition.

If item you received is DAMAGED by carrier during shipping process/transport , contact us immediately within 7 calendar days from the delivery date at: including:

- Name on order:
- Order number:
- Shipping address:
- Provide us with the evidences (photos/videos...) in the email.

After investigation , we will determine if you are qualified for the replacement.

Please note:
Items without options of colors and/or styles will be sent to purchasers in random colors/styles

All returned items due to damages during transportation must be in original package and unopened


All purchases will be shipped after 3 business days from the date of purchase.

After placing the order, you will receive an email confirmation and also another email providing the tracking information once the order is processed and shipped. Once the package ships out of our facility, please keep track of the package with the provided tracking number. Once the tracking information shows as "delivered" to the buyer's provided shipping address, we are not liable for any missing packages. In any case where the package goes missing, please check any areas where the package may be hidden or if any neighbors may have it. If the package is still missing, the buyer must contact the local carrier to file a stolen package claim and/or file a police report.

We are not responsible for returned/lost package if wrong address was provided by customer, no refund will be issued. Customer must pay shipping cost if you want us to re-send you your items. Please remember to include correct apartment number/suite number …

No shipping address corrections after the order has been shipped.

We are not responsible for returned package if there was no one to receive the package at delivery. You must pay shipping cost again to receive you package with correct address provided.

If shipping address is business address, please track your package regularly with provided tracking number. You package might be in your mailbox/parcel locker. If there is no one to pick up the package, it will be sent back to sender. Buyer must pay shipping cost one more time for us to re-send the package.

Shipping cost is not refundable.


For most international customers, shipping charges will automatically be calculated at checkout.

Any customs, taxes, or duties are the responsibility of the international customer. Package may be held at customs and is the customer's responsibility to retrieve the package. 
We are not responsible for returned package if the customer refuses to pay customs, taxes, or duties. No refund will be issued.
